1. KM will be calculated from our garage to our garage ( round trip). Part of KM will be charged as 1 KM and part of ana hour will be charged as 1 hour.
2. Before any booking confirmation amount, we will not keep any cab or service for you, it will be subject to availability if you delay to confirm.
3. Toll tax, Parking, Other State Border Tax, Police Entry, and Other Govt. levies will be charged extra from the client.
4. The drivers will drive 12 Hours a day or till 10 pm, the timings may exceed only if the company allows.
5. If the client wants the bill then will be charged 12% GST extra on the total amount.
6. Give sufficient time to the driver to have lunch or dinner.
7. The car will move only on a safe road, not on a narrow street where driving will become difficult.
8. If you force the driver to park in an unauthorized place, you have to pay the penalty if charged.
9. The company should be informed immediately if any problem with the car or driver. Not at the time of payment or at the time of ending the tour.
10. The driver will turn off the AC in the climbing position on hills and standing position of the vehicle.
11. Night journey ( late night 11 pm to early morning 5 am ) will depend on the driver's situation and understanding between driver and client.
12. Cancellation should be notified 72 hours before the trip and cancellation charges will depend upon the Company owner or Management.
13. The company is not responsible for any loss, theft, accident, etc. during the journey.
14. During pick up or drop, if the flight/train is late ( more than 30 min), additional charges may be applied. Also, inform us before boarding the flight so we can send our vehicle as per the timing. ( Charges may be applied if we already sent the vehicle)
15. If you make our driver drive from 11:30 pm to 5:00 am, additional charges may apply. If there is a need for the cab to be driven in the night inform us at the moment of booking confirmation.
16. Is it not our driver's duty to carry the luggage from the Hotel to the cab or from the cab to the Hotel.
17. Drivers are not allowed to drive too fast, they will maintain the limit as per their comfort ( 80 KM/Hour is the official speed limit provided by govt. of India for any commercial vehicle.
18. Your safety is our first priority, please wear the seat belt and if any penalty is charged for not wearing it, you have to pay the same.
19. We and our drivers avoid using foul language during conversations. Please do the same and maintain the conversation healthy. Avoid using abusive language.
20. Before leaving the cab ensure that there is no luggage left in the cab.
21. Any sort of narcotics like cigarettes, tobacco, alcohol, or drugs are not allowed in our cab.
22. We and our driver try to provide you clean and well-maintained cabs, please maintain the hygiene and cleanness in the cab. If you make the cab messy or too dirty, we will charge an extra cleaning amount.
23. Any sort of breakage done by the client in the cab during the journey will be charged.
24. If there is any technical issue or machinery fault in the cab during the journey, the driver will try to fix it as soon as possible or if the issue is unfixable at that moment we will not charge for the remaining journey but you have to pay the amount according to the already usage of the cab and its return to the office, also your service will end there.
25. Disputes, if any will be subjected to Udaipur Jurisdiction only.
